Job Description:

Saint Vincent Hospital offers a unique opportunity for a Cardiac Surgical Tech to join our dedicated team in the Operating Room. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide support during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide aseptic technique and set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases.
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the end of the procedure.
• Set up operating room and supplies needed for day/following day's schedule.
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduate of surgical technician program as required by state regulation of practice or policy.
  • 1 year experience as a surgical technician preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Surgical Technology Certification preferred.
    Onboarding Process:
    Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
