Job Description:
Lead the Student and Young Adult congregation of Lighthouse
Church in Boston, Massachusetts, as our Associate Pastor of Student
and Young Adults. Lighthouse Church is the second-generation,
English-speaking congregation of the Arabic Evangelical Baptist
Church, a diverse and vibrant community. (Note: Familiarity with
the Arabic culture and language is not a requirement for
application.)
Work in an intercultural context to guide our youth and young
adults in deepening their relationship with God and equipping them
to share Christ's love with others.
This role requires a heart for youth discipleship and a commitment
to building a solid ministry foundation, offering you the chance to
